To everyone who'll be attending the gathering on Saturday, please be reminded of the following..

 

a. How to get to the venue: The easiest route to Tropicana is via MRT-LRT. For those who are afraid they might get lost on the day of the gathering, please use this route.

MRT to taft station >> LRT to Pedro Gil >> cross the street (if you're in the Mc Donald's side) >> walk straight to St. Paul Manila, when you see the billboard of the school go left to Ma. Guerrero >> Go to the big palm tree aka TROPICANA HOTEL


b. If you get to the venue earlier than expected time, i.e. earlier than 1 pm, please be advised that you will only be entertained in the hotel at 1 PM, which is the registration time. As such, please feel free to stay at Robinson's Place Manila, Ministop or Mc Donalds while waiting.

c. Registration time is at 1 PM. Please be there on time and make sure you bring your tickets as they will be used for redemption of food and souvenirs, therefore please make sure you don't forget them.

d. Please wear something comfortable. If you want to cosplay, you may do so.

e. To our dear contestants, please approach ate cle as soon as you arrive the venue for information on the programme order. Also, please be there on time and make sure you register yourselves.

f. For contestants of the singing competition, please be advised that you are not allowed to carry any "codigo" during your performance. Also, please inform us if you want to have a sound check prior to your performance.

g. For contestants of the fanart contest who used digital art, please make sure to bring a printout of your art (A4). For those using traditional art, please bring your work on the day of the gathering. We will unfortunately, not be providing copies of your art for you so please have your own copy ready for submission on the day of the gathering.

h. PLEASE OBSERVE CLEANLINESS IN THE VENUE. Trash = trash bag. They're big, they're black and they're quite useful, therefore please make sure you use them.

i. BAWAL KJ~!! You guys paid 350 to be in the gathering, so please do participate. It won't be half as fun if you don't join in the activities.
